ONE24 made it to Germany!

Hey Backers!
FINALLY! The ONE24 has arrived to Germany and will be stored in our warehouse by the end of this week. From then on it will be made ready for shipment as quickly as possible, so that, if everything is on schedule, the ONE24 will be sent out early next week and hopefully will make your Christmas perfect! We can't give you a 100% guarantee that it will arrive on time, but so far everything is going according to plan and we are optimistic!
Keep your fingers crossed together with us, as ours are permanently pressed.
We can't wait to see them get to you on social media!

Endlich ist er da! Der ONE24 hat die Reise nach Deutschland gut überstanden und wird gegen Ende dieser Woche in unserem Lager eintreffen. Ab dann wird er so schnell es geht versandbereit gemacht. Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, wird er Anfang nächster Woche losgeschickt, um euer Weihnachten perfekt zu machen. Wir können euch keine 100% Garantie geben, dass er wirklich pünktlich ankommt, aber bis jetzt läuft alles nach Plan und wir sind zuversichtlich!

Hey Backers!
The next step on the ONE24's journey is done: The production is finished and the ONE24 is now on its way to Germany by train to be stored and later shipped by our logistics partners. So far everything is going by plan so you should be able to put your ONE24 under your Christmas tree!
To make this happen, we ask again for your help : We've already sent you the address surveys via e-mail. To ensure a smooth shipping, we need your answers as soon as possible. Many of you have already done this, but not all of you. If you haven't received any mail yet, please check your spam folder. If there is no mail, feel free to write us directly.
We are here for you, if you're struggeling, have questions or if you want us to send you the mail again.
ATTENTION: You can only complete or change your information in the survey until Wednesday, 20/11/2019, from then on there will be no more access. Make sure you hurry so that ONE24 will land at your doorstep. Hold on tight! ONE24 is on its way to you.
As always, we will keep you up to date and can hardly wait for your reaction to the ONE24!

Der nächste Schritt auf der Reise des ONE24's ist getan: Die Produktion ist abgeschlossen und eure ONE24's sind mittlerweile mit dem Zug auf dem Weg nach Deutschland, um dort bei unserem Logistikpartner gelagert und später verschickt zu werden. Bislang läuft also alles nach Plan, sodass ihr die ONE24's unter euren Weihnachtsbaum legen könnt!
Damit auch wirklich alle den ONE24 erhalten, ist vorher noch eure Hilfe gefragt: Wir haben die Adressumfragen für die Abwicklung bereits per Mail an euch rausgeschickt. Um einen reibungslosen Versand sicherzustellen, brauchen wir jedoch so schnell wie möglich die Antworten von den Unterstützern, die die Adressumfragen noch nicht ausgefüllt haben. Falls du noch keine Mail bekommen haben solltest, checke bitte unbedingt deinen Spamordner. Ist dort keine Mail, schreib uns bitte direkt.
Wir sind für dich da, falls du mit etwas nicht zurechtkommst, Fragen hast oder wir dir die Mail erneut schicken sollen.
WICHTIG: Die Angaben in der Umfrage könnt ihr nur noch bis Mittwoch, 20.11.2019 ausfüllen oder ändern, ab dann gibt es keinen Zugriff mehr. Also unbedingt beeilen, damit der ONE24 wirklich vor deiner Haustür landet! Ab jetzt heißt es: Durchhalten! Der ONE24 ist auf dem Weg zu dir.

Hello Backers!
Thanks for making our project a reality! Without you, this wouldn’t have been possible.
In order to start shipping The ONE24, a few things need to happen.
-
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer the funds so we have the money to make the orders which will happen in the next 7-14 days.

Second, we have to find out where we need to ship the pledges. We will be sending our BackerKit survey out to collect this information next week.
We will give you a heads up before we send the survey so you can watch for it. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to us as quickly as you can. Our ability to make an order depends on receiving this information.
You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! If you want to go back to review your info, just click on the link in your email again or input your email into our project page for another survey link.
If you prefer, you can just message us your info, but we STRONGLY SUGGEST using BackerKit as you will have the opportunity to add ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS on to your current pledge and help us make the shipping process SEAMLESS! This will help out our project tremendously, and help us get your rewards out to you quicker!
- If you used Facebook to login to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you prefer it to be sent to, please message us.

If you still want to take more with you, we have developed the perfect solution for you: The SportHacks Compression Bag. With a clever zipper system you can stow your clothes in it and they are strongly compressed in the bag so that you have more space for other things.
Rain Cover
Since the ONE24 is made of the robust material Tarpaulin, you can walk through the rain with it without hesitation. If you want to be completely safe during a heavy rain storm, we have developed a new golden rain cover for you. You can easily stretch it around your ONE24 with an elastic band and attach it comfortably to the back.
As soon as the sun comes out again, you can fold the cape together and stow it in the supplied bag to save space.
Travel Toiletry Bag
Would you like even more order and storage compartments? No problem! With the SportHacks Travel Bag you can avoid that small parts fly around in the bag. A great way to store cosmetics such as shower gel. With the clip you can easily attach the Travel Bag in the front compartment of the ONE24.
